Here’s the transcript from a interview with Harry Reid:
A reporter asked, “How come it seems that you were the only one who got a heads-up the day before?”
Senate majority leader Reid answered, “I’m not sure I’m the only one. I mean, this is making a big deal over nothing. The whole deal, is it Friday or Saturday? What difference does it make? What difference does it make?”
To answer Mr Reid, it’s true it doesn’t matter whether or not it was Friday or Saturday, either way it broke the law that Obama signed. That’s it. That’s all that is important with Reid’s question.
I know that neither Republicans nor Democrats care about the other parts of the law, but at least some members are concerned with at least some part of the law.
This is standard operating procedure in our federal government. Republicans protect Republicans no matter what, and so do Democrats.
