Being a Vegetarian is Bad for Your Descendants

Well, it is official, once again.  Whatever you eat will kill you.  This time its vegetarians that have to worry.

Apparently, if many generations follow a vegetarian diet the familial DNA will change to allow the absorption of needed fatty acids from plants.  While that seems like a good mutation, it also causes a forty percent increase in the chance of getting colorectal cancers!  (Now that’s a GMO to worry about.)

If you remember, last time we were told that red meat, grilled meat, and cured meats, such as bacon, can increase our chance of getting colorectal cancer.

It appears that given all of these studies, we should not eat.  Just stop, because it will kill you.  It’ll lead to heart disease or cancer.  The alternative to eating also leads to death though, so what are you going to do.

If I must choose a death, it will come at the end of a lifetime of good eating and good drinking.  And I am on my way to that end.  At least it’s my choice.
