First Germany opens its borders to large groups of migrants, then they force some places to stop selling pork, and now they want to prosecute a comedian for making fun of the Turkish President.
Seriously, it appears as if Merkel and her globalist agenda want to completely change the German nation. Does she not realize that satire and free speech are Western ideals that need to remain sacrosanct?
If nonWestern countries want to limited speech, that is fine with me, but we know that all types of free speech are needed for a democracy or supposed republic democracies to flourish.
Unfortunately for Europe, the EU is neither republican nor democratic, and Merkel is showing that she would prefer good relations with an Islamic authoritarian for the sake of the EU, rather than standing up for Western ideals.
